The ceiling
Hexagon LED across the full span. No dim corner to hide a bad round in.
The floor
Mat from wall to wall, with the competition square marked out in the middle.
The mark on the floor
A $10 trial day — any discipline, any class in your age group. One per person. Shorts, tee, water.
What is taught here
Guided by full-time athletes and experienced competitors, participants learn practical techniques, smart strategies, and self-control. Every session challenges them physically and mentally while encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
A high-energy combat sport that brings together Boxing, Karate and Muay Thai in one full-body exercise — discipline and confidence, plus balance, reaction time and agility.
Wrestling develops character — conquering challenges, managing emotions, respecting authority, and learning that success comes through hard work. Freestyle and ADCC, each taught as its own discipline.

Programs
Each one is taught as its own art with its own coach and its own progression — not as a rotating timetable filler.
Guided by full-time athletes and experienced competitors, participants learn practical techniques, smart strategies, and self-control. Every session challenges them physically and mentally while encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
Gi builds patience, grip and precision. No-Gi builds pace and scrambles. Most members train both. Adults run a beginner / intermediate class and a comp team class every weeknight, plus competition rounds on Saturday morning.
Kickboxing is a high-energy combat sport that integrates the teachings of Boxing, Karate and Muay Thai into one full-body exercise. It builds strong personal discipline and confidence, as well as improving balance, reaction times and agility.
Adults train at 5:30pm on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Youth 7–14 train at 4:30pm on the same days.
Wrestling develops character, teaches us how to conquer challenges, manage our emotions, respect authority, the value of teamwork, and that success is achieved through hard work and dedication.
Freestyle is an Olympic style discipline that focuses on taking down and pinning your opponent, while ADCC wrestling can be won by submitting your opponent. Freestyle runs Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; ADCC runs Monday and Wednesday. Youth have a beginner stream from age 4 and an advanced stream from 7.
